At Ruby Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality cosmetic treatments and services. Due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all clients.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on services that have already been provided. Please ensure you are confident in your decision before proceeding with any treatment.

Deposits and Booking Fees

All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable.
Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if at least [48 hours] notice is provided.
Late cancellations [48 hours] notice or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Prepaid Treatments and Packages

Prepaid treatments or packages are non-refundable.
In some cases, unused portions may be transferred to another service at our discretion.
Packages are not transferable to other individuals.

Results and Satisfaction

Cosmetic treatments vary from person to person, and results cannot be guaranteed.

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with results.
If you have concerns, we encourage you to contact us so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer a review or follow-up treatment.

Medical Contraindications

If you are deemed unsuitable for a treatment due to medical reasons:

A refund may be issued for prepaid services that have not been performed, or
The amount may be credited toward an alternative treatment.

6. Faulty Products

If you purchase skincare or other products from Ruby Studio:

Refunds or exchanges are available for faulty or defective products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Proof of purchase is required.
We do not offer refunds for opened or used products unless faulty.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Vouchers must be used within the stated validity period.
